The mmko8 platform provides online gaming and betting services for players in Myanmar. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of mmko8's website, mobile application, and related services. By continuing to use this platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions.

1 General Definitions

The terms set out in this Agreement form a legally binding contract between mmko8 and its players. You must follow these terms whenever you use the services.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — refers to the mmko8 website and its related services.
• "Player" / "User" — refers to the registered account holder.
• "Services" — refers to the games, betting, bonuses, promotions, and other offerings available on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to extra money or rewards given by the platform, which must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.

1.2 Legal Compliance

Players are responsible for checking whether online betting is legal in their own region. mmko8 takes no responsibility for a player's compliance with local laws.

2 Account Opening and Registration

To play at mmko8, each player must open their own personal account. Accounts must be registered using each individual's real information, and impersonation is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Each person may open only one account; account sharing is not allowed.
• You must register under the exact name that matches your payment method.
• If requested by the platform, you must be able to submit identity documents such as a national ID card.

2.2 Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials (username and password) secure. Players are personally responsible for any losses resulting from a breach of this information.

3 Age Restriction

This platform is available to players aged 21 and above (21+) only. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to use these services.

• You must confirm that you are 21 or older before accessing the platform.
• If there is any doubt, mmko8 may request appropriate documentation.
• If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable rules.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the platform. Available payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: 20,000 Ks (for all methods).
• Deposits will be credited to your account after verification is complete.
• You must deposit from your own account matching your registered payment method; third-party deposits are not allowed.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for your deposit.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the required wagering conditions have been met.
• If a transfer is delayed for any reason, players can contact the platform to follow up.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All players must read and understand these terms before using any bonuses or promotions. After claiming a bonus, the related wagering requirement must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• Receive a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.
• Wagering requirement: bonus amount received × 20.
• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, get a 20,000 Ks bonus, balance becomes 40,000 Ks; Wagering: 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks must be played.
• Example — deposit 220,000 Ks, get a 100,000 Ks bonus, balance becomes 320,000 Ks; Wagering: 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks must be played.

5.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• If you leave before the bonus is claimed, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
• Wagering requirements may vary for each promotion; the wagering calculation may also differ depending on the game category played.
• The bonus cannot be combined with a second deposit; it applies to the first deposit only.

6 Game Rules

All games on mmko8 are provided with fair play technology. Players must follow the policies below while playing.

6.1 Fair Play

• Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, guaranteeing impartiality.
• Live casino games are run by real-time dealers, so no one can know the result in advance.
• Using bots or unauthorized software while playing is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Actions

• Manipulating results, exploiting data, or attacking the platform's security is not allowed.
• Attempts to claim a bonus with no intention of playing — only to withdraw — will be investigated and acted upon.
• For any game issue, the player must immediately notify mmko8 customer service; continuing to play for personal gain is not permitted.

7 Responsible Gaming

mmko8 puts players' wellbeing and financial interests first. We provide tools to help players stay in control of their gaming.

• Personal gaming limits (deposit limits, session time limits) can be set in your account.
• A cooling-off period can be requested, during which access to play will not be available.
• If you believe your gaming is getting out of hand, please contact the support services listed on the Responsible Gaming page.
• If there is any suspicion that a player is under 21+, mmko8 may carry out account checks without the player's consent.

8 VIP Levels and Rewards

The mmko8 VIP program has 5 levels, from Bronze to Diamond. Players can move up by playing regularly.

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Gold — Weekly Cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum — Weekly Cashback up to 0.8%.
• Diamond — Weekly Cashback up to 1.0%.

9 Personal Data Protection

mmko8 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption. Players' personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties without permission.

• Personal data provided at registration is used only to deliver services or to comply with legal obligations.
• Players may request to view, edit, or delete their personal data; such requests will be handled within the limits of applicable law.

10 Account Suspension

mmko8 may temporarily or permanently suspend a player's account without prior notice if a breach of these terms is found.

10.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Registration with false information or impersonation detected.
• Player found to be under 21 years of age.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to bypass wagering requirements detected.
• Suspicious deposit / withdrawal patterns related to money laundering detected.
• Player requests self-exclusion (self-control takes priority).

10.2 Remaining Balance After Suspension

For players suspended due to a breach of conduct, bonus funds will be forfeited and only verified real-money balances will be processed; funds may be temporarily unavailable while legal or compliance investigations are ongoing.

11 Limitation of Liability

mmko8 will make every effort to provide its services, but is not responsible for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, server problems, or technical faults on the player's side.
• Losses arising from the player's own disclosure of account credentials.
• Delays caused by third-party banks or payment service providers.
• Liability issues arising from players choosing to participate from regions where doing so is legally restricted.

12 Amendments and Notifications

mmko8 may amend these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Players should make a habit of checking this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
